A 6% dividend payment will be added to the non registered common share balances November 30, 2008 and to registered common share balances prior to November 30, 2008. The dividend will be calculated on the minimum monthly balance for the period November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008. This dividend will amount to approximately $3,400,000.
A 6 ¾% dividend payment will be added to the registered and non registered Investment Share balances prior to December 15, 2008. The dividend will be calculated on the balance as at October 31, 2008 and will be paid through the issuance of additional Series A Investment Shares. This dividend will amount to approximately $2,781,000.
A 10% cash repayment will be made to seniors age 69 and over who have balances of $1,000 and over. The repayment will be based on the member’s balance as at October 31, 2008. Members will be notified of their cash repayment in December 2008. This repayment will amount to approximately $955,000.
